Gift Ideas For Grandparents: Ancestral Collections

We often struggle for Christmas presents for grandparents. I, for one, normally get toiletry gift sets from Boots or something like that. It's not very imaginative. So, I've found this site called Ancestral Collections which sells a load of stuff that old people should love. Some if it completely useless, but there is some great stuff that I'm sure would go down well.

I've not picked out any of their furniture as it costs a packet, but here's some other stuff:

Henrietta Door Stop from Ancestral Collections
This door stop may be £5 but it is kind of cute and is functional too. If you don't your grandmother or grandfather would like it then what about:

Boiled Egg Scissors from Ancestral Collections
Now these boiled egg scissors are less expensive but probably more functional. Grandparents don't want to be messing around with trying to peel the shell off a boiled egg, so get them one of these and its only £10!

Amandine Croissant Basket from Ancestral Collections
Like we all have croissants enough to require a croissant basket! But your grandparents may. If they do then why not consider this one for only £15?

You may also want to take a look at the Basket Wear website who do loads of wicker baskets.

Paua Shell Carriage Clock from Ancestral Collections
Make it look like you've spent a fortune, but you're really only spent £35 with this Paua Shell Carriage Clock. I'm sure they wouldn't know the difference. Just tell them it cam from Ancestral Collections and they'll say "you didn't have to spend so much", then relax with a rye smile!
